KLMD Properties is a Minnesota family company specializing in property maintenance and hospitality.
Kirk and Lisa Bormann created KLMD Properties based on their love of the lake and hosting gatherings at home. Kirk has over 30 years+ experience in home building and maintenance; while Lisa enjoys providing a high level of service to guests. Together, we merged our work and passion.
